The grilled broccolini can be tried with variousrecipes, and it can be grilled using different smoker mediums- the grill or the oven.  However, for the sake of this article, thisgrilled broccolini recipe will be considered in depth. This recipe will make atotal of 20 min, preparation time being 5 minutes and 15 min oven time.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mediums sized broccolini bunches
  • 1 lemon divide it into halves
  • 3-4 smashed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Grounded black pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill. You can set the temperature to 425degrees F.
  • Trim the broccolini bottom to ensure the stalk hasequal texture.
  • Put the broccolini on the sheet pan, sprinkle someolive oil on it.
  • Add your salt, garlic, and pepper seasoning to coat it.
  • Mix it thoroughly to ensure the veggies are wellcoated.
  • Add the lemon cuts to garnish it. Put it side down.
  • Add the smashed garlic. Distribute it evenly among thebroccolini.
  • Grill for 10 minutes. Use your grill tong to check if the stalk is tender enough to allow aknife to easily pair it. If not, continue grilling for about 5 minutes more.
  • When it's perfectly done, the stalk is tender, theleaves and crown are caramelized and crisp but not burnt.
