Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of peanut butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
  • 3 garlic gloves
  • ¼ cayenne pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 thickly sliced onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken marinade.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, peanut butter, soysauce, honey, garlic, and cayenne pepper.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  • Add the chicken to the bowl and pour the sauce. Ensurethe chicken is fully covered with the sauce.
  • Refrigerate it for 2hours.
  • Place the other bowl in the fridge for later use.
  • Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and placeit on the grill.
  • Turn it every 7 minutes to avoid it from getting burnt.
  • Warm the extra sauce in the fridge.
  • When done, serve the chicken breast with your broccolini.
  • Add the extra sauce to the servings and enjoy.
