½ cup of olive oil ¼ cup of peanut butter ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup of honey 2 tablespoon of barbecue sauce 3 garlic gloves ¼ cayenne pepper 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 thickly sliced onion Salt Pepper
Prepare the chicken marinade.
Whisk together the olive oil, peanut butter, soysauce, honey, garlic, and cayenne pepper.
Divide the mixture into two bowls.
Add the chicken to the bowl and pour the sauce. Ensurethe chicken is fully covered with the sauce.
Refrigerate it for 2hours.
Place the other bowl in the fridge for later use.
Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and placeit on the grill.
Turn it every 7 minutes to avoid it from getting burnt.
Warm the extra sauce in the fridge.
When done, serve the chicken breast with your broccolini.
Add the extra sauce to the servings and enjoy.
